Treatment with an end date

Upright opened on Whiteladies Road in 2016 and has two registered chiropractors and a sports rehabilitation therapist. Most of what we see is lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain and headaches, in roughly that order.
The clinic is organised around a single principle that is unusual enough to be worth stating: we do not sell maintenance care. You come with a problem, we treat it, we discharge you with a set of exercises, and we are pleased to see you again if something new comes up. Ongoing indefinite treatment is not well supported by evidence and we are not comfortable selling it.
Three commitments
Two of them reduce our revenue, which is how you know they are real.
We will tell you when it is not us
Roughly one new patient in twelve leaves the assessment with a referral rather than a treatment plan. That is a correct outcome, and you pay for the assessment only.
No packages, no prepaid blocks
You pay per visit. If two sessions in you would rather stop, you stop, and nobody will attempt to talk you out of it.
Review at three sessions
If you are not measurably better after three visits, continuing the same approach is not the answer. We change it or we refer you on.
